My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was great, perfect for the balloon festival, but it was quite noisy due to the nearby freeway. The service was mostly lovely, with cheerful and helpful staff, though I encountered some rush. The dining experience offered a good deal with a variety of options, but not all staff members were helpful. Overall, a mixed experience with both positives and negatives.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were great, always fresh, clean, quiet, and intimate, although missing a microwave. However, the cleanliness was a letdown as the room was so dirty that the bottom of our socks turned black from walking around like a NASCAR race track.
